Numerical Reasoning Ability Tests

Numerical reasoning ability tests assess your ability to use numbers in a logical and rational way. The questions require only a basic level of education in order to successfully complete and are therefore measuring numerical reasoning ability rather than educational achievement. The questions measure your understanding of such things as number series, numerical transformations, the relationships between numbers and your ability to perform numerical calculations.

A numerical reasoning ability test requires you to interpret the information provided and then apply the appropriate logic to answer the questions. In other words, you need to work out how to get the answer, rather than just doing the necessary calculations.
